Nothing Can Stop You From Grilling. Not Anymore.
Every indoor option you've tried has let you down. The stovetop grill pan fills the kitchen with smoke before the meat even sears. The George Foreman presses the life out of everything and calls it grilling. The communal apartment grill requires a reservation and a full production.
So you stopped. You roast in the oven. You pan-fry and tell yourself it's the same. It isn't.
The ZorkX Indoor Grill™ is a stone-coated electric grill surface that reaches 482°F. It produces real grill results without ventilation, without the smoke alarm, and without a 15-minute cleanup after.
Grilling was never the problem. Getting to grill was.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does this grill not smoke up my apartment?
How does this grill not smoke up my apartment?
It is a stone-coated electric grill plate, not an open-flame backyard grill. Fat hits a high, even surface instead of dripping onto fire. That is what creates the smoke cloud on a gas or charcoal grill. Used as directed, it is built for indoor use — apartments, condos, dorms — without setting off the alarm. If you flood the plate in oil or cook with the windows sealed and the fan off, you can still get vapor. For normal steaks, pork belly, shrimp, and veggies: no smoke show.
Is this actually grilling or is it a George Foreman in a costume?
Is this actually grilling or is it a George Foreman in a costume?
George Foreman presses food between two plates and steams the juice out. This is an open-top grill surface that heats to 482°F so you get a sear and grill marks, not a steamed patty. You flip. You hear the sizzle. You can do KBBQ at the table, weeknight steaks, peppers, halloumi. It is not a 900°F charcoal grate. It is the indoor version of grilling that you can actually use in January.
Will it work in a one-bedroom / no outdoor space / HOA that banned grills?
Will it work in a one-bedroom / no outdoor space / HOA that banned grills?
That is who this is for. No propane tank. No balcony rules. No “reserve the courtyard grill.” Plug it in on the counter or the table. Choose North America plug if you are in the US or Canada.
How hot does it actually get?
How hot does it actually get?
482°F on the cooking surface. That is hot enough for restaurant-style marks on steak, pork belly, and smash-style edges. Preheat until the plate is fully hot before food goes down. Cold plate = gray meat.
How do I clean it?
How do I clean it?
When you are done, unplug it and let it cool until it is warm, not ripping hot. Wipe or rinse the stone-coated plate. Most people are done in about 30 seconds. Do not take a steel brush or metal scraper to the coating. No oven cleaner. Soft sponge + warm water. If you grilled saucy food, a drop of dish soap. Dry it. Done.
What can I cook on it?
What can I cook on it?
Steaks, smash burgers, pork belly, galbi, chicken thighs, shrimp, salmon, halloumi, asparagus, peppers, mushrooms, pineapple. If it belongs on a grill, it belongs here. Marinate, pat dry, then sear. Wet meat steams.
